Bootcamp will also connect you with moms that share your struggle and goals. There's always so much to talk about, but not always someone to tell it to. Bootcamp creates a space for moms to vent, ask questions, tell funny stories, brag about accomplishments, and discuss any and all things "mom" both guilt and judgement free.
STRUCTURE, PRICE, AND COMMITMENT
When/Where: Bootcamp is a 6-week virtual "course" that includes live video calls and an online platform to log workouts and complete other assignments. We ask that cameras stay on for the duration of live calls to help maintain a sense of community, trust, and authenticity.
Who: Whether you're already a mom, pregnant, planning to have kids, serving as a mother figure, or somewhere in between, anyone who wants to join is welcomed! Each bootcamp session is limited to 20 participants to protect the intimacy of the work we do.
The Commitment: As stated above, bootcamp lasts a total of 6 weeks. Participants should be prepared to devote time to bootcamp or bootcamp assignments almost daily for the duration of the 6 weeks. Live calls will be limited to 45 minutes.
