brianna is a mom, former pro dancer, Master of Social Work, and the creator of WOMANLY, the birthplace of “the hot mom theory” that's bringing the sexy back to wellness for the modern woman.
After having 2 kids back to back and losing touch with the woman she used to be, Brianna realized something had to change. She had to prioritize herself more and she deserved to be seen as a whole woman...not just a mom. But she wanted to do it in a way that felt authentic to her: feminine, bold, transparent, and rooted in education.
WOMANLY was born.
By refusing to shy away from the feminine urge to feel sexy and incorporating skills like communication, boundary setting, and time management into wellness routines, Brianna helps women rebuild confidence, discipline, and identity in a way that’s both fun and sustainable.
