Burnout Recovery Bootcamp isn't just about fitness or diet; it's an approach that targets the whole woman. Find yourself spending more meaningful time with your kids, being a better role model for them, AND remembering who you are besides "mom." A more confident, disciplined, healthy, happy YOU. WHAT'S INCLUDED: 6 weeks (42 days) of daily tasks that help build healthy habits including: - A 42-day workout regimen (that requires you to log each workout) - 1 live group workout per week - 1 group share per week - 3 one-on-one sessions with Brianna - A 35-day meal plan with grocery lists - Social work inspired step-by-step guides, journaling assignments, and reflective exercises - Various challenges and bonus tips All workouts include full-length videos that can be done at home. Exercises help burn fat and build muscle in glutes, lower/upper body, waistline, and core/abs USEFUL EQUIPMENT: - Pair of Dumbbells (2) Light for Upper + (1-2) Heavier for Lower - Workout/Yoga mat for comfort **Even if you don't have dumbbells or a mat, you'll be able to achieve effective workouts! - You'll receive a welcome email and access to the program page following your purchase.
