Exercise

Going to the gym has become the popular thing to do. Pictures and videos of the latest gadgets for heart rate monitoring, the best exercises for slimming the waistline, the cutest workout gear, and the before and after achieved via various regimens have flooded social media. Here at WOMANLY, we're all for feeling good while you exercise, being proud of your body, and even showing off the hard work you put it in to earn it, but we're also for 1) understanding just how important being active and staying fit is for your mental and physical health, 2) discovering a routine that can realistically be maintained long term, and 3) getting your advice from credible sources. Factors like time, budget, injuries, education, and experience make this journey different for everyone, and we're here to make it a little easier regardless of where you're starting!
